I received an email online, from fedgrantusa, I thought I would like information the cost was $2.99 for a cd, this was for shipping and handling. Prior to the trial time frame, I noticed on my bank statment that a charge was pending for $39.99. I called the company asking them to not process as I was not longer interested. I was guaranteed that I would not be billed. I was given confirmation numbers. Today I checked my account once again and the charge was debted to my account. Now I am out this money which I cannot afford to lose. These types of companies need to be held responsible for their actions.
