They took money out of My Bank Account, with out my permission

I ordered a grant kit from them, They were only supposed to debit my account $1.14 for shipping & handling, a one time fee.

I still haven't recieved the kit.

Then when I checked my account, this week, They had taken $39.95 out of my account.

I called my bank and they said, there wasn't any way to put a stop payment on it. It had already gone through.

The bank said once I filed a complaint, and FEDGRANTUSA was checked into and found that there was a problem. They would need something showing that FEDGRANTUSA, is guilty of ripping off people, then and only then would replace the money and the overdraft fee that I was charged because of this.

I'm on disability and I have enough to worry about with out this happening.
