We have been dealing with this company for five years and have had nothing trouble. They sued us for forclosure when they couldn't be troubled to post the payments that they received and checks that were cash. The fees charged are very excessive and are not reflected on any statements sent out to the consummer.
The suit was dropped but we still have a forclosure showing on our credit report, with no way to have this removed.
