I did not get a statement from Juniper and thus forgot to make my payment. They had a computer calling my house several times a day but when I checked
the number on caller ID and tried to return the call, I would get a recording saying the number was disconnected. Finally I went to their website and got the number for customer service. I called, went through the whole thing of entering my social security number, listening to all the options and then pressed 0 to speak to an "account representative".

A woman came on, said her name, "Thank you for calling Barclay's can I get your name please?" So I said my name but before I finished she repeated her name and asked for my name again. So I started again to say my name louder and before I finished she said, "I'm sorry I can't hear you can you call back" and hung up. The thing is I called back three times and the same thing happened all three times, IT WAS A RECORDING! Like when people used to do that on answering machines as a joke!

I couldn't reach anyone to tell them I wasn't getting my statements, I didn't want to do an automated payment over the phone for which I would have no record of if it did not get recorded, and obviously I wouldn't be able to reach a person if they took the money off my bank card and did not apply it to my account. Now I'm wondering if my statement was not sent on purposes to accrue late fees. Juniper is SHADY and obviously involved in fraudulent activity. Beware.
