I realized that 14.99 had been removed from my account within the last six months. After i tried calling many times, the telephone got disconnected. I finally got in touch with them and asked them who they're and why they're getting my account. The individual to the phone hardly talked english and started giving me a sales hype. I then asked them after i registered for the service and who arrive i did so not receive any providers. She continued to give me a sales hype in the place of telling me what's happening. She said that since i've no patience with her to describe the providers i'm spending money on (as though i had been involved) which she'll cancel my account but i'm not intitled to a reimbursement. Therefore for six months i had been investing in something i did so not receive and they got mad at me??
