My house got hail damage and the insurance co sent the check very promptly but it was made out to both myself and Wells Fargo. Trying to get the money from Wells Fargo to get the repairs done was impossible. Every time I called I got a different answer and a different person. I has been 4 months and i still do not have a check. I finally got my roof done by a contractor who did not require a check up front. I repaired my deck sheds and parts of the house myself and even though i have gotten the final inspection done on it Wells Fargo will not send me my portion of this check. The funds for the roof will come in my name and the contractors name to be sure he gets paid, and this is fine but they still will not send me my protion of the funds.
