Senior Trust represented that they run infomercials in specific markets in order to gain interest from seniors for reverse mortgages. They promised to provide my company with interested home owner's information within 20 minutes of those seniors calling in to their call center. Those seniors were to be guaranteed to qualify for a reverse mortgage or a replacement was promised. These homeowners were to come from a specific city that was requested and paid for. All leads were to be delivered within 30 days. Very few leads were delivered - none qualified, of the ones we talked to they filled out information days prior or were not in the areas selected. I have tried for more than a month to get a refund that was promised and have been lied to and ignored. I highly suggest using another company or method of getting leads if you are in the mortgage business. It is hard enough right now without liars and crooks out to get us too.
