All I can say is I should have checked usacomplaints.com first. This company already has several complaints against them. Teleten agressively markets to mortgage companies via unsoliceted fax. After you make contact with them they have outstanding support. All calls are returned and you can always get in touch with someone. Once they have your money GOOD LUCK.
They charge a hefty fee but for what is promised it is reasonable. If they would deliver as promised. I paid $1,400 for 50 prequalified mortgage leads. According to the contract they were supposed to provided those 50 leads in 30 days, to date I have received only 9 mortgage leads, all of which fell outside of the paramaters that I requested. Examples, wrong county, wrong intrest rates, etc.
I have been calling them for over 3 weeks now in regards to a refund. I can not get an answer.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Use them at your won peril! I am still owed $1400.
