I have been in buisness this company since july bought a vehicle 2005 dodge stratus. I have been pain on my vehicle for almost two years and my balance has dropped like 500.00 maybe. I was behind 3 months got all caught up so i thought till now they are saying i owe more then what i was aware of. I paid a huge payment of 1256.00 and none of that money went to my principal it all went to interest.
They call every number on my acct every thirty minutes. I dont know what to do anymore. I have tried talking to thier csr and they dont know shit either. They are rude and act like i am stupid. I want in on a law suit this company is not real and i dont know how they are able to do buisness like this.
How do i get in on a suit???
