I purchase a property from Dan Doyle, with the rent guarantee that after 30 days closing of escrow if not rented I will be paid the lower of the minimum rent or the monthly mortgage payment. The property was vacant for 7 months so Dan Doyle owes me 6 months of rent guarantee of approximately $5200. So since Jan I submitted the forms, waiting and calling him weekly then monthly, no result except excuses and promises. I am in the process of filing to the attorney office in the state of Hawaii, and pursuing a law suit against him.
I also want to contact anyone in the same situation to see if we can get in the law suit against Dan Doyle.
