Con-artist fake ripoff

I wanted a credit card at 17. I sent all of my money, 270.00 to get one. My mom called and called and they said it was on its way. My mom threatened them and they sent a form for a refund. That was 7/02. Now we cannot get ahold of them and they have my money. Quess what? I still do not have my credit card. Katie st. Paul, Minnesota
