Hrs Usa - Dell
Ripped off by HRS USA and DELL consumer fraud ripoff HELP!

On May 7th of 02, my Mother-in-Law sent a check for $2001.11 to HRS located in City of industry, california for paymnet on a Dell computer she had purchased.

Payment was never sent to Dell and they are still attempting to collect this amount. My Mother-in-Law attempted to pay Dell but was instructed to wait for billing.

HRS does not acknowledge receipt of payment and Dell does not say that they use HRS - how cozy. The check cleared the bank and the bank says they cannot give information out about who cashed it.

Any help greatly appreciated!!!
