My husband took his bike to Tom at American Cycle. It was not running well, it was hard to start and would cut out. American Cycle had his bike for almost two years and everytime we'd call Tom would say he was backed up and he would have it done soon.
Finally Tom called and said it was ready and if we didn't come and get it immediately he would be charging us storage.
The original estimate was just over $600.00, he charged us over $1350.00.
We got the bike home and it still did not run. We took it to a different repair shop and they had to make the same repairs that American Cycle said they did. Not only had they not done the repairs they had tightened down the valves so much if we had run it they would have blew.
Save yourself alot of time, money, and stress don't do business with American Cycle of Belmont, NH.
