Ok well I run fireworks stand once a year and I sell stereos and computers all year. I signed up with them and they decided to keep my money from me because they didn't like the products I was selling. I had no idea of how much credit card sales I would do and I went over my estimate, mind you I said estimate! They don't understand that word. They claimed I went over my contract agreement total (The contract stated estimate did I mention that). They also said they called my office and nobody answered, I have a home office and the first 2 weeks of July I was at work! One customer did a charge back and I had proof of the sale and I faxed it to them. The charge back was found to be wrong. So that means it didn't go through. Their contract stated that I would not get charged if it didn't go through, but I was charged anyway. I did however sign a different contract that stated the charge back fee and no stipulations on it. They did a bait and switch. The terms I agreed to online were really different to the terms I signed up for and the actual contract I signed was one page and the one they e-mailed me was 18 pages. They also claimed that there was a problem with their links on there because they were being bought out by Pipeline Data. They Did some really screwed up restructuring stuff and the only one that got screwed was me, and the other customers probably. They sent me a letter also stating that I had to pay a contract termination fee, when they cancelled my contract and oh wait I thought there were no contract cancellation fees?
The next month they said they were wrong and those fees were incorrect. I had the fireworks stand in July and didn't get most of my money until January 17.
If you want to be screwed go for it, otherwise find a reliable company because this isn't it.
I have learned go with a real bank that does credit card processing, they are more honest because they have a reputation to keep up.
