Received a check for $3,868.00 available to pay the Govt. Service Tax and Insurance. I was to send a check for $2,988.10 through Western Union or Moneygram and then I would receive a lump sum of $125,000.00 to be delivered by Special Courier Company
The check was made payable through Ark Financial Services from Plano Texas.
The letter was from C & C Services Inc, New York, New York (Publishers Clearing House and Promotion Co Unclaimed Prize Division)
