I sent in my own termination to 24-hour exercise in December of July after 12 months using the membership. Our termination was because of the proven fact that I'd quit their state and shifted to some condition where 24-hour exercise was not available. I named the organization in Jan plus they stated they'dnot obtained my fax. I requested to talk to a boss and he or she explained my consideration was ended which a check was coming. I called again in March plus they attempted eliminating it on Mar 26. I told them I'd evidence of a fax in December plus they stated 'sorry it is previously ended.' I am presently awaiting a call-back from their 'administrators.'
