Poor, Unprofessional Customer Service

I've been a 24-Hour Fitness member since 2000. I acquired a cope with them in those days with prepaid of 3 year of account, and $99 yearly due afterwards. I'venot been truly exercising for that previous year or two and utilizing their service perhaps once in a blue moon. I went directly into work-out couple months before and was educated that my account was ended because of absent cost. The only path they are able to trigger my account would be to supply evidence of cost. Our yearly deadline is 6/22/09, that will be 7 weeks before and that I cannot remember how I settled it and never to say monitoring my evidence of cost. Fundamentally, 24-Hour Conditioning team explained itis my issue, not their problem and nothing they are able to do about it. I went work-out 8/31/09 (I set a discuss my Facebook and that is how I recall my last exercise day), with no one explained that they did not obtain my due in June. Evidently, 24-Hour Fitness comes with a 90-day grace time, therefore if somebody might have explained I skipped my cost after I last exercised on 8/31/09, I'd have settled $99 and remained on my account (however in my opinion I created the cost but somehow did not undergo, when I have now been spending money on the final ten years). All 24-Hour Fitness team stated "Sorry about this, again nothing we are able to do". I named the Membership and account providers, all I acquired was run around and "nothing we are able to do" & "you are able to discuss a brand new agreement around". One membership support representative did inform me he noticed an email about payment on my consideration, however the organization never got through it. He had a need to seek advice from Assistance Group and might return to me. Obviously, I never hear again from 24 Hr Fitness. I called again, and 24 Hr Fitness served like nothing had occurred and not noticed my scenario.

I'm totally pissed in the method they handle dedicated client. Often there is an answer to anything. 24Hour Exercise simply does not care, they're after $, not care about you like a client, not care about your wellbeing (They imagine they are doing once they attempt to convince one to signal the Private workout sessions). I view it because they attempt to mess me from the nice offer I acquired 10 years ago. I've no religion within this organization and totally dissatisfied about how they handle customers. DON"T VISIT 24-Hour Exercise, unprofessional, dishonest, horrible client solutions.
