I bought a car in 2005 and financed through wells fargo well my car was reposed a year ago and sold at auction, I called to try to get the auction report and was told it was sent to collections and they could not provide me with information yet I am still being charged finance charges and late fees a year later and also the collection agency told me I signed the contract stating that the amount in auction would not be deducted from my credit report well I looked at my contract and I certainly dont see it and is that even legal? I have played phone tag between both companies and yes they harassed me every day as well even after 1 day late! Drop me and my family nuts I would never ever use them again I want to contact my attorney to see what I can possibly get squashed. Any one have any suggestions?
