Crooks! Ordered a replacement lamp in September. Was charged the same day. Turns out, they had to backorder it. I needed it ASAP, so I asked for a cancellation and a refund. Refunds are supposed to be handled by check within 60 days. I'm still waiting. The idiots that work as online support can't tell you anything. Each time I log in, my case says "solved." How can a company do this time and time again and remain in business?
