Cox directed me an offer for web providers, that we approved plus they delivered me a verification mail using the cost of $29.99 for 12 weeks. They charged me higher. After I named to protest, they variously stated the present was just great if all provided solutions were requested (not true), that it had been just advantageous to a few months (not true), or that I had been a present client and never qualified.
I'd previously required support but had no device therefore never had triggered support and wasn't a person, that they understood. Simply because they didn't inform me they were reneging about the cost they'd established in my experience, they used a 'baitandswitch'. Despite numerous calls and e-mails, their horrible customer support never accepted or fixed this wretched practice.
