On February 7 I ordered a free DVD about getting free grants. I paid $3.95 on my debit card to cover Shipping/Handling. Twenty days later I saw a charge from my account of $74.95 to GrantHelpOrder.com. Never agreed to this. Looked it up on the internet and it said I bought a membership to this. I never did nor did I ever agree to anything or discuss anything with anyone regarding any membership. I was sent an email regarding the free DVD from Brians Money Blog.com. I tried to call the phone number and first just got voice mail and then just disconnected. I did report this to ftccomplaintassist. Gov.
