The company offers a 10 day free trial to their grant program as a membership. They charge you shipping & handling for this free item which turns out you get an email, number 1 rip off item.
Secondly the information you get from this membership is a joke. You get now searching capabilities of grants, you get no actual help, all you get is a bunch of how tos and suggestions. Stuff you already know by common sense or can find on government websites for free.
When you try to cancel the membership they ignore your emails until after the 10 day window. They charge your credit card more than the $79.95 membership fee, I was charged $81.54.
When you call to find out why this occured they tell you the only way to discuss a refund of your cancelled membership is to write to their corporate office. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was not allowed.
This is a complete scam. The membership is worth nothing, the information can be found elsewhere for free, and their game is to charge people a months membership regardless of whether they cancel during the "free" membership trial. That's how they are making money.
