This company offers a free cd that is supposed to tell you how to apply for all of the free grants that or out there. It comes with a free 7 day Trial period for the online help sessions. (It is hidden in all the information in small print). I received a letter stating that the cd was running late but that I would receive it in 10 days. My order was placed on 2/09 and I cancelled my order 2/10 but they never sent a conformation letter so I kept canceling it everyday.
Finally I received a confirmation stating that it had already been cancelled on the day after my credit card had been charged $74.95 The conirmation that said it had already been closed did not have the date that it was originally cancelled only the date that it was sent to me. The phone # given 888-662-8762 is a recording that says leave you name and number and they will call you back but they never did. After about 10 tries I gave up. The only other name I have come up with so far is Grant Ventures, LLc. I contacted the credit card company and they removed the 74.95 while they investigate. Wish me luck. Thanks, Jeff
