Investment was made into a PPM which invested into Ray Morris's company, E & R Holdings. This investment was eventually removed from E&R Holdings for some reason and moved into Momentum Leasing. Paperwork to this affect was in order. Only now was it recently disclosed as to why the move was made. Apparently E&R Holdings had some serious complaints filed against it and some penalties levied against it as well.

he investment into Momentum Leasing was paying regularly monthly interest as per the agreement for nearly a year. It suddenly came to a halt last July when payments stopped. Emails were received promising that the payments would soon resume. Nothing resumed. Emails again were received indicating that the fund is ending and principle plus any interest owed would be returned before Thanksgiving. This did not happen. Emails were received indicating that the attorney had indeed seen the money in Ray's account and not to worry it should definitely be disbursed before Christmas if no unforeseen glitches. Christmas came and still no money. Then another email indicating that it should hit the accounts of the PPM before the end of the year. This went on and on.
All the while Ray had kept good communication with the PPM's manager either via email or via return phone calls, even to the point that another email was sent to the affect that by Thursday February 5th, the money would be in the account and we should all receive our principle plus nearly 6 months of interest.

his date came and went and now Ray does not return phone calls made to him, nor does he return email inquiries, nor does his assistant nor does his attorney. No one knows if he is in the country. No one knows if he even has the money or what has happened to it. No one can even contact this man to find out where their money is and what is happening.
If it is gone, so be it, just communicate this Ray! Have some backbone and hone up to all the inquiries and face the music. We are all facing music in our lives and we don't like the tune! We are being told to hang in there. Hang in there for what!?
If too much time passes, the paper trail may become more confusing and more complex, and the further away Ray and his cohorts can distance themselves from the consequences. They must be stopped and they must account for their mishandling of a situation gone bad.investigation must begin now before they all confound the process and confound the authorities. If there is no wrong doing then speak up! Get back in contact with the investors who trusted their livelihood in Ray and his investment opportunity. Send us some true, honest information which can be validated and substantiated. Send it personally or through the administrative assistant, not through the attorney or another investor, for they have demonstrated untrustworthiness.
If the money is gone, let us get on with our lives and stop the endless flicker of hope of its return. Time for Ray and accomplices to get on with their lives in the federal system of corrections so they may be able to pay back society in some small way for their misdeeds.
Again, if no wrong doing then prove it! Because all the proof so far points to a huge wrongdoing and possible criminal activity of magnanimous proportions. This needs to be investigated!
