In June I was introduced to Ray Brown and entered into a commodity investment group agreement. The terms of this agreement was for 100% return on any investment. The agreement consisted of 20 trading days (1 cycle) with investment interest withdrawls permitted at the end of each cycle. Statements were delivered weekly via email by Ray Brown.
Things went well initially. My beginning investment amount was $7,500. At the end of the first cycle my investment grew to $15,000. I elected to withdraw $7,500. And continue. My balance grew at the expected growth rate of 100%. I continued to let the money grow for the next two cycles. The balance grew to $30,000. I then elected to withdraw $10,000. I had no problem doing such.
That withdrawl was my last withdrawl. My balance began to grow and accumulate.in Oct. my balance grew to $150,000. I then requested a $50,000. Withdrawl. I continued to receive weekly statements however, reflecting a pending $50,000. Withdrawl. This is when communication started to become estranged and the lies and deceitfulness started.
Ray Brown started giving me excuses upon excuses as to when and why I was not able to receive my pending interest withdrawl. Always promising me tomorrow, next week, on and on... I remained patient and did not doubt or pressure Ray Brown. Well, the lies continued the weekly statements stopped and NO MONEY was ever dispersed from my account!
The last statement I received was Jan. 12. The statement balance was $202,500. Ray Brown has STOPPED answering my phone calls and communication in any form has ceased. This truly is a COWARDS way out! What happened? What is going on? Where is the money? I have NO ANSWERS. I ALERT anyone and everyone to STAY clear of Ray Brown!!! Something went wrong somewhere. Don't know if it is GREED or a good idea gone bad. What I do know is I have NO MONEY.
I am in contact with the SEC and the Attorney's Generals office. I am also pursuing civil/criminal charges at this point to try to collect monies owed and to STOP this character from duping others as he has done myself!!!
