Accessed my checking account without permission, and to the tune of $515.88

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN Tking money out of my checking account since how they have my route number I do not know, because I just found out what it was on 2/20/09 and I had to call the bank to get it then. I have called them and have asked them to reimburse my money but they keep saying that I gave them permission and they don't have to, I never gave them that information, I am disabled and I really need my money, I am raising two disabled children also
