Idprosup.com took 31.98 out of my checking account with out my permission Internet

I applied for a payday loan and the next day found 31.98 taken out of my checking account after reviewing with my bank I found that it was taken out by idprosup.com I then contacted this company who refused to refund my money and said that i gave permission to have it taken out for an identity theft program
