Trying to collect debt that is reached staue of limitations

This company calls my house about 20 times a day trying to collect a debt that is no longer valid. It reached statue of limitations for the state of delaware years ago and the law is it cannot be sold or attempted to be collected from a company after the statue has be reached from the original credito
