My son who was 31 has been dead for 8 years. He never lived at this phone number. They will not quit calling.
You cannot collect a debt that the statue of limitations has run out on and I think being dead 8 years says the statue of limitations is long over.
The pain of having your son dead is great. Being harrassed by a collection agency to collect a debt from a dead man is beyond reason.
