I'm a former employee of this company. This company treats it's collection agents very bad!!! They use public humilation on the call center floor, threatening emails throughout the day, and one on one insult meetings. The company doesn't pay it's collectors their normal suggested pay according to the industry. They bring you in and there is no formal training-you sit w / someone for a week and then you are thrown into the fire. The crazy thing about this environment everyone was so fearful -always warning you about the leadership/supervisor staff. I have seen close physical abuse of it's employee supervisor standing behind the employee back yelling at them because they are on the phone w / someone struggling w / there payment.
Listen to this one supervisor said " if the customer isn't giving you a check over the phone don't waste your time w / them. But is said to be a christian company and during your intial orientation -they send out dvd's encouraging folks to call them-but when they do they get beat up severly and rude treatment because if you don't collect and place people on repayment plans its effect the management team bonuses. It was sicking everyday - they coached on how much money you can get by offering loss mitigation programs, special fannie mae repayment plans-check by phones. If you didn't get those phone check your were in the office getting your butt chewd!!! - if i'm lying you wont find any complaints about litton but i was once a collector too - i was let go because of passion for struggling people -i refuse to use scare tactics and lies to get checks over the phone-don't encourage they said -just get money you spent too much time talking to that elderly woman who husband just died get the money... You take control of that call. People need to be encourage during this mortgage crisis not put down. I cried w / many people over the people and was able to do my job well. I never had to feel that i had blood on my hands and the end of the day. Please media news and legal team please investigate and i'm willing to get on the stand and testify against these folks - this company doesn't need to exist and if your mortgage -gets transferred do everything in your power to refi and get out of there. Please have someone go undercover to this place and record. I urge everyone if can tape your conversations w / these folks please do so. Understand that these collectors are threaten that why they are so agressive because many of them don't want to loose there jobs... Please someone help to take this company down. People i call on you to rally and connect under one purpose to take this place down!!!
