I agree with with Robin5098. I am the first employee at Tad-Technical (aka) addecco to use the payroll card in my city (Wichita, Ks) and have had all the problems Robin5098 has had, plus not being able to log on to a website to check my transactions or see how much im being hit over the head for. I see this as being a Citibank problem more than an addecco problem, with citibank having more to gain by not having available ATM's for hundreds of miles, and not having access to transactions online. I can call an 800 num. For a balance but have no clue who has charged what in service charges. I called customer services for citibank about the website problem, but just got the runaround. No non-service charge ATM's for hundreds of miles and no internet acess to account info, Coincidence,???
