Back in Oct we were finally current after a two year battle with a loan we were tricked into in he first place. But in February we noticed a past due amount on our statement. We called, they gave us they amount they said would bring us current. We paid it, and we thought all was well...
A couple months later, we see again they say we have a past due amount, again we call, get the amount, pay it... All is well... Again... Then in August we see a huge past due amount... So call and get tranfered to four different people. Finally we talk to Shaun Orr, who was assigned to our account. I explained wht happened to him and all he said was "I'm sorry you were misinformed." I told him that according to our payment history on the back of one of our statements said our big payment in Feb was applied to two months, then showed the payment was reversed a couple WEEKS later and applied to only one payment. I asked why and where they money went...
After he told me that was on a different transaction account, he said it went to escrow. Same with the big payment we made the second time... This was in November... Finally I requested a copy of our file documents. I stated that I wanted a copy of our Note, Original Loan application (I know they lied on this, but no attorney or anyone would do anything about this), we also asked for all transaction history for the life of the loan, payments, escrow, the mysterious fees that show up randomly. He told me for two weeks, he'd mail them out.
Well it's almost three months later, still NO DOCUMENTS! Nothing, and now for the past two weeks, he won't return my calls and they sent back my last payment. I have left over 100 e-mails, made 100's of calls (some days I call every half hour) I have several e-mail addresses, physical addresses and several phone numbers... I call every number several times a day and leave messages (most numbers are for The Office of The President, president of what? Ignoring people)
I've spent tons of money sending certified letters to every address I have and countless e-mails... Everyday... Of the 20ish people I've contacted in one way or another, some in all three ways, NOT 1 PHONE CALL HAS BEEN RETURNED! They promised a modification and to send copies and to call me back, yet nothing! How can they do this? How can they legally threaten and in most cases take homes, when they are the ones who won't communicate with the people who are trying? Who do we turn to? Who do we talk to? Can ANYONE do anything? The past two days, I sent emails to condress, the senate, the white house, new stations, and congress memebers from other states, just hoping someone will help!
