Yes, you are all correct. I too am a victim of theft by this bank. I even proved it by calculating the amount my account would need to fall to before they would assume the practices that you all outline.
For me it was 500 dollars then they would hold payments for days and as all of you I have regular routine payments that clear the same day each month so it was easy to catch them
As well I had the same problem with the cash deposit, I even have emails from the CSR's that say 2 pm is the cut of then the other says 4pm is the cut. SOB need to get thier story straight and we consumers need to protest maybe we should send mail to Barak!
Sob's took over 700 dollars of my money and they dont care.
