Wachovia thinks it's ok to hold on to your money when THEIR ATM's mess up

I went to an ATM to make a cash deposit "WITHOUT AN ENVELOPE". The ONLY way they let you do it now. After scanning my money for 5 minutes, it decides to say "Can not process you transaction" And then spits my card back out and keeps the cash. When I call customer service and the dispute department, they tell me it'll be up to 7 days before it'll be cleared up.

In the meantime, they won't do a temporary credit to my account so things don't bounce on me. And then if there are any overdrafts fees, they will refund them. Which we all know will take another business day. And all they can tell me is... It's their policy.

I think Wachovia/Wells fargo is getting too big for themselves and they don't care about the customers. I know from their bank management that this is an ongoing problem at their ATM's. And yet they won't take care of their customers while they fix the bugs in THEIR system. I know it's time to go to another bank and that's what I'll be doing.

I would suggest that everyone does the same thing. There are much better places out there to help you with your money
