I have paid this creditor for years through a web billpay service of my bank, and always on time. Recently I started getting assessed late fees on my payments so I had the bank contact Nextcard Payment Services to see why. The creditor had changed by account number AND the mailing address for their payments with no notification to me. Payments were going to their old address and the wrong account number unbeknownst to us.
Nextcard has refused to credit back their late fees. There is no way to reach a human being by calling either of the numbers I have for them.
Since I have always paid their bill in a timely matter, and payments were being posted late DUE TO THEIR UNDISCLOSED CHANGES, I am really disgusted and considering calling our attorney to go after them.
