This company lied to be regarding the credit card. And when i called them to have them returned my money back to me they told me that the only way they could return my money back to file out a request form that they were sending to me.
However I have not received it and this has been taking place since December 3rd It is now March 12th. I called and got their customer service person who was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I could never get through to them when i called on the phone, their is always a ver long wait. This company has casued me to bouced checks.
But worst of all they have not returned my $221.95. I have to transaction to proof it. I have made several attempts to get my money back this company to no avail. I am a mother of three and needs every penny that i can get. I would like to know i could help others from getting rip-off in the future.
