Lenox Capital, Promised a unsecuted credit card to repair my credit. I gave Lenox Capital representative my information. The following 2 days I tried unsuccessfull to contact them. I finally reached them the next following business day I spoke with the custumer service representative, she reassured me that the debit from my account had not been made, I at that time cancelled and told the representative we did not want Lenox Capital services and again she reassured me that the cancellation had been made.
Then that week Lenox Capital still after the cancellation debited $221.95 from my account, it did not go through but I was charged a $30.00 handling fee, the processed the debit through the second time, it washonored and the account was put in the negative $180.25 with a second handling charge of $30.00.
