Can, t fine anyone to help me and to many hang up i thanks on purpouss

I am trying to get an extention on my mortgage to catch up on my bill and get out of those terrible late charges. They keep cutting me off and when i call
back i haft to give same story over and over finally i got ahold that he handles my account. This was over a week ago. He said he would call me back in a couple ofdays. To me this means 2 days. So i tries again same old same old cut off several times. Got some voice mail still no call. Can, t fine anyone at
