Okay this is what I wrote to them... Hi my name is *, I have lost my "bill" that says my credit will be damaged on account of my "deliquency". I called & asked about it, & told her the situation that it was not mailed to me properly, therefore I only got it from my previous address, which is 1,000 miles away. She told me I would be doing the payments of $52 every month & she would email me a document I would have to fill out & fax back in 48 hours, That email was supposed to be sent to me in " a couple of minutes" its been over 24 hours now. If you know what form she is talking about please email me @ this address. This is a very serious issue. & I hope I would not be disturbed with it again.

So yes the documents which, would solve the situation still were not sent. And Im suppose to send them back within 48 hours, but you know, itll be 48 hours in a couple of hours when the lady was suppose to send them to me. Im very upset at the situation, they messed up my credit because of their mistakes. When by the end of this month me & my family are suppose to be moving into a larger apartment. So its going to be much difficult now, plus the late charges plus our financial situation. I hope more people are more careful at choosing a loan, I will end my services with sallie mae immediately after I pay them the Right & Correct balance.
