Deceptive and misleading information when assuming mortgage loans from other lenders Phoenix Arizona

Company aqiured mortgage from another lender and did not inform me until three months later.By the time I recieved payment book, I had late charges and intrest added on to my acount. After tring to get matter resolved midland stopped excepting payments and tried to foreclose on my house.
