On October 5 Ocwen Bank kick my family out of a 235,000 home in Vicksburg, Ms at 8:35am. We paid every house note, but they kept saying we haven't paid a house note in 2 years. What company would let you stay in a house for 2 years without paying???
My mother kept every house note she paid. We have every last one of them. Now we are in court with them. If you have every copy of your house note you paid who do you think the judge will believe. They still saying we didn't pay. We come up for court in a few months. I know a lot people don't like OCWEN cause of what they been doing, and to those who posted a report saying they love this company just wait your time will be near as well.
If you trust them so much don't keep copies of your house note, don't view your statements every month, and don't check on where your money went to every month. You will be next. IMAGING: You live in a well class resident where all your well class friends are and a locksmith comes to your door and open it. 3 polices officers in your beautiful front yard, and about 4 movers. They put all our furnish on the front in front everybody. My mom still trying to show her payments, but they still did it. Ocwen Company tried to settle once cause they knew they was in the wrong, but my mom said she was not having it and told them she will see them in court. We had to stay in a hotel for months, and hotels are not cheap for a family of 4. Today is Jan 25 and we are still in a hotel awaiting court.
