After Chase auto finance messed up taking a dubble payment out of my checking act.
Which they did retern but not until checks started to bounce. Which First Premier Bank then took monney from my other actts. To cover there excessively high fees, causing the same thing with thease Acounts.
Causing them to snow ball into thousands of dollars.
When they refused to reimbers me, The couse of this was not my fault. I decided to consolidat all the acounts into one and take out a loan to try and save my creadit.
Which i made payments on untill i found out they reported them as CHARGE OFFS on my creadit report. There went my creadit. And after i brought it to ther attention, they tell me they dont know what i'm talking about, even after i showed them my report. Till this day they refuse to remove it.
And even report none payment on the consalidated loan from the charged off acounts.
All this after 30 plus years with them.
Could be why my father left his VP. Position at the bank over 12 years ago, and refuses to deal with them still to this day.
What they are doing has got to be against the banking laws, not to menchin morally unethical, in my opinion.
