JULY 13th:
This so called property flipper suckered me into investing into a run down house and promised to get me up to a 25% return within the year. He bought the house with his own money and I invested over 20,000 for him to Fix up the house and sell it.
After I gave him the money, he told me he would keep me informed and that was it.
January 3rd:
I get a check in the mail from Brandon for 24,000 dollars. So basically, he didnt give me the full 25% return in profits. I told him I wanted the full 25% and he told me these exact words. "it was an investment, its not guaranteed". I think that is completely Rude, He only bought the house for under 5,000 bucks. I spoke with a good friend of mine who told me the house just sold for 45,000 bucks. So I invested WAY more than he did, and he still made more than me.
Do not invest in this scammer, he will not give you a full 25% return.
