Brandon Silva is a major "oober goober" who likes that take advantage of people and steal their money (at least mine.)
About a year ago I moved out with from his 'owner occupied' house in which I rented a room from. I was a good tenant and I always paid on time. Brandon decided to keep my deposit because of an ant size spot on the carpet. He said he had to pay to get it cleaned... Wow really?
If you run into Brandon Silva professionally or as a friend, back that ass up and get the hell outta there. He will take every dime to your name. He thinks he is a businessman (which he is clearly not) and takes obvious bad advice from outside sources. He is not a thinker rather than a do-er and does some pretty shady stuff.
