I was referred to Brandon T during the process of searching for a car. Brandon and I spoke by phone, text and facebook regarding purchasing a car. Brandon requested $500.00 down which he received from me on September 18. We discussed my interest of small car for approximately $2000.00. Brandon gave several promise to deliver dates but never honored. Brandon said he was in business with a friend and purchased cars from auction. He has several pictures on facebook. After almost 1 month of
receiving a deposit Brandon delivered a old car with
285,009 miles. Verbal agreement was if i was not satisfied my deposit can be returned. He contacted me approximately 4:00pm to pick up this car cracked windshield, extreme miles, inside of car was dirty. Getting a ride to Brandons house I informed him i would take this car to get my daughter who was in night school. I contacted Brandon to return the car however he would not answer. Brandon met with my brother and myself the next day which he did a promise to return deposit.in the process of returning the car to Brandon the car had no brakes and I had approximately 2 accidents. Brandon would never answer the phone when he was contacted or he said he would meet at a certain time. Brandon never returned my deposit. He continues to sell cars through posting pictures on facebook.
