Capital One
Took more money out of checking than I paid

I made a $50 payment on their Web site, they took out $1800.00 from my checking. When I called them, 2 people said they would reverse the charge. When it never showed up in my account I called again. Guess what? They now are saying they cannot give me back my money, and I will have to do a cash advance to get my money. Do not make payment to them on their Web. Do not allow them access to your bank account. This is a dishonest company and they cannot be trusted.
