Fairbanks has bought my mortgage and done nothing but charge me fees and more fees. I have not been able to get a legitimate answer from anyone I have talked to on the phone.
Most, if not all, of my mortgage payment has been applied to fees and other charges, causing my mortgage to stay in delinquent status. I have made every payment, but I am still 2 months behind. I have insurance, and I am still being charged for force-placed insurance.
I don't want to lose my home, nor do I want to file bankruptcy. I don't know what to do or who to go to. This is my first home, and it has been nothing but a hassle since Fairbanks bought my mortgage.
Is there anyone else in Indiana who is having problems with this company? I have heard nothing but bad reports about this company. Something must be done.
