Promise of full $900 refund if timeshare property not rented or sold in one year. 3 years ago

I listed my 2 timeshare units with Copeland Marketing Corporation in 2006.
The listing was for 1 year or full $900 refund wold be paid at the end of the
contract. I have not heard from the company since giving them the money.
