They prey aspiring entrapeneurs by holding theselves out as tax experts, business consultants, strategic planners, or financieers. They can be found on the multi-level marketing circuit and/or speaking for free at small networking events, the obituaries, and small business seminars.
Usually looking for people that are trying to grow their business and are looking for "the answer". Krolak and millunzi somehow always know what that answer is: capitol, tax strategies, business planning... All of which they are experts on.
