R.M. Bynum IV (ie. Mark Bynum or Robert Mark Bynum IV) of Maryland Retirement Services was introduced to us by a lifelong family friend (Dad's best friend for over 50 years, and he highly recommended us to Mark when Dad passed and left us some money... Our family friend had known Mark Bynum for 17 years)
Mark proceeded to invest alot of dollars (the total of our life savings) over the course of the next three years. Mark Bynum invested with Charles (Chuck) Seidman of NetFree Direct LLC. Located in Narberth, Pa. Charles Seidman has defaulted on this investment and makes no attempts to right this wrong, he is currently being investigated by the Maryland Securities Commissioner, and also being contacted by our attorney, but no $ return so far.
Mark Bynum also invested alot of our money with another company called TelStar Inc. (he didn't divulge at the time of the investment that this company was actually owned by his brother David G. Bynum and partner Alan Silverstein) He also gave this same company TelStar Inc. An additional lot of our money for a different investment with them. TelStar has defaulted on these investments as well. TelStar Inc. Ie. David G. Bynum and Alan Silverstein neither one make an attempt to contact us, after we call and leave messages time and time again... No they don't contact us. They are also under investigation by the Maryland Securities Commissioner for doing questionable business.
These investments were all made by Mark Bynum, and were supposed to pay us interest income. The principle amounts of these investments were always 100% safe, we were assured time and again. We have received no interest income nor principle payments in over 5 months. This was to be our income for our retirement years. We have had to sell family treasures (mom's dolls, and jewelry, and dad's coins) that had been in the family for years just to keep afloat. We have had to hire an attorney to handle this situation. If you are considering doing business with any of these men, please think long and hard... They don't seem to have morals or conscience
